睡不好,学观息。观息5分钟=熟睡1小时。我失眠了吗?数过的羊超过了数学运算能力,微博再也刷不出什么新消息。我失眠了吗?何为失眠?失眠失眠,顾名思义:未能睡下。时间的界定更具主观性,我躺下五分钟左右便能够入睡,在我这半小时的时间算是小又失眠了,身边的同事躺下半小时、睡意君才姗姗来迟、然而这对于他来说很正常,不排除、又更短或更长时间入睡的朋友。真正的失眠以持续时间为依据被分成三类:暂时性失眠,短期失眠和长期失眠。其实失眠不可怕,可怕的是失眠带来的期待性焦虑。原本不是多么大不了的事情,很多人却因为担心失眠有害,一上床就强迫自己“一定要睡着”,这种思绪在脑海萦绕不去,反而搞得我们神经紧张,越发无法入睡,甚至一次失眠,夜夜失眠。其实很多短期失眠就是这样演变而来的。
