Clearly this woman looks just as male as she did 2 months ago, yet her mood is crashing because she can feel she does not have the expected blood level of a particular addictive substance she's taken routinely for some time. What the medical industry claims that that it is the mystical incongruence of identity and expression, minority stress, and other such fantastical, ineffable bogeymen, but the reality is that these girls are conned into starting a psych medication that works like other psych medications, directly, on the brain. That's why going off it causes their psychiatric symptoms to return. If this psych medication can help, other psych medications might help. There's no proof she ever needed to specifically be on the one that makes her look male. Clearly looking male wasn't the answer to her pain, or she'd be fine now. This is a public episode.
