Women in the Workplace

Maria's guest for today is Jeffery Tobias Halter, author of the book "Selling to Men, Selling to Women" for a unique and compelling session on Selling and how to overcome the issues that are present for Men as they attempt to sell to Women. They will also explore the challenges that Women face in selling to Men. Jeffery is a Consultant, Author, Gender Strategist, and is the President of YWomen, a Strategic Consulting Company focused on Helping Men (i.e. Y Chromosomes) and Women to Understand and Unleash the Power of Women in Organizations. Jeffery is a passionate advocate for women, and his work focuses on leveraging the unique competencies that women possess to lead organizations in the 21st Century.
