About Our Guest: Rob Caslick Rob’s journey began at age 12 in a soup kitchen with his grandmother. In 2010, while working as an engineer, he founded an organic soup kitchen in Kings Cross. After attempting—and failing—to scale it, the team realised their greatest impact was supporting women experiencing domestic violence. That’s when Two Good Co pivoted into the social enterprise it is today: on a mission to self-fund the employment of 80 vulnerable women every year through meaningful work, community, and connection.
