Amy is a trustee of the National Association For Children Of Addiction, and also leads its educational outreach programme. 1 in 5 people in the UK are affected by parental drinking, and NACoA provides confidential support for children of all ages if they are in that 20 percent. It's a charity close to Amy's heart. In 2020, she lost her dad to multiple alcohol related illnesses after decades of addiction. Here she shares her profoundly moving story with Nina.
