Nina's friend Anna has been sober since August 2024. She got a taste for alcohol in her 20s while living in New York, as her career in the theatre and movie business took off. Hobnobbing is part and parcel of the industry, and invariably takes place over a fancy dinner and several glasses of fine wine.
