Wonderfully Sober With Donna

Donna has been sober since July 2024. Host of the Smiling Gives You Wrinkles Podcast, on which Nina has guested, she is a Beauty Editor who lives in Florida with her husband and two sons - 21 and 15 - having emigrated from London. She was a relative latecomer to habitual drinking, but soon found it having a corrosive effect on her mental health and grew increasingly uncomfortable with its ever-presence. An incident at her 48th birthday - which had otherwise been the perfect day - prompted her to stop drinking for good, and thankfully she's not had a drop since (accidental sip of Margarita aside).
