Matthew Morrisson joins the show today to talk about many different topics. Matt is very open and thoughtful about his own mental health issues over the years, and the shifts he has made to get to a healthier place. Matt was raised to have a curiosity about life and has always found himself interested in a wide variety of things. He spent much of his 20s and 30s going where the winds of life took him, including stints in food service, finance, land surveying, sales, and the Army. For the last 10 years, he has been in the software industry, where he spent most of it training customers and becoming passionate about having an impact on others.In 2015, he had his own spiritual awakening moment while reading a book he thought he would hate and his life changed course. Since that time, he has developed a passion for learning more about himself, and learning to love who he finds, while empowering others to discover their own greatness.Matt is open about his struggles with mental health and believes that the key to thriving with these struggles in your life is to shine a light on them.
