Moving out of the shallows starts with feeding ourselves spiritually. But if we stop at that step, we’ll be left spiritually fat rather than spiritually fit. How do we prevent that from happening? We know in our heads that in order to get somewhere we’ve never been, we have to do something that we’ve never done. In order to get something that we’ve never had, we have to do something new. What do you do if you are not satisfied with where you are at? You work out. In fact, no matter what spiritual shape you are in, you can always work out.BIG IDEA: ​A deep faith is one that is exercised.
