Working with imbalances --Ayurvedic Focus
from The Highly Sensitive Soul Podcast · host Julia Bernbaum
Our problems are not as complex as they seem. Our distress results from an imbalance in our body system, using the diagnostics of the five element system (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Either) in Ayurveda. We can see in a birth chart which elements dominate our nature, and where we have an unequal distribution, causing us suffering and pain. When we look at our elemental make-up it becomes clear where we need to rectify these imbalances to create a better experience. This can be done through diet, movement, rest and other lifestyle changes. I am accepting new clients through my new website! Find me now at www.yogatolightyourpath.com. You can schedule an appointment, or if you are new, send me a message to arrange a discovery call. I look forward to helping you find how you can develop more balance, and more sanity in your life. It is easier than you think!
