Starting with Kaspar's first vintage of 2019 they work through each vintage tasting the sometimes chaotic seasonal conditions and discuss yield, expectations, ripening windows and much much more. The coolest part? Tasting 2 unreleased vintages in the 2023, Toolangi hold onto the wine under screw top for one year, and the just harvested 2024! "I didn't expect it to be drinkable!"
