WOVXN Motherhood: Compassion Fatigue

In today's WOVXN Motherhood, Theresa talks about compassion fatigue. Doing compassionate work and caregiving, mothering, showing up for her husband, and being there for friends, there were a lot of people she cared about and a lot of needs around her. She started to notice something in herself; a coiling, a want to withdraw, an inability to disconnect and prioritize herself.
