今回は、旭川ハーフマラソン大会2024に出場した結果とその振り返りをお届けします。ここ数年、膝や股関節の痛み、または脚の攣り（つり）を経験して記録に伸び悩んできたkizu氏でしたが、今回の大会では、いくつかの収穫を得たという報告になります。ちなみに記録の方は期待を下回っていましたが・・・ランナーの方々に少しでもためになる情報もありますので是非お聞きください！
