Yawn, The President Is Threatening Us On Social Media Again

from Walter Rhein Podcast · host Walter Rhein

Please don’t forget to tip! Upgrade at 30% offThe president has threatened us so much it just bores me now. It’s always the same old thing. He uses his greasy fingers to mash out incomprehensible threats written in awful grammar and we’re all supposed to sit here trembling.Whatever.Here we are again after another humiliating weekend where everything the president touched turned to absolute garbage like always. This included his pathetic, limp, impotent military parade that cost way more than what appeared to be on display. To me, that indicates the whole thing was just another grift from a human being who has never been able to offer anything else to the world.Grift. Lie. Threaten. Steal. Grift again. Cheat.I suspect the parade was just another way for him to send taxpayer funds to the mob bosses he owes money to. In the aftermath of getting exposed yet again on national television, he goes on to his failing social media platform to launch a stream of heavy-handed threats about how he's going to come and round us up and beat us over the head and send us far away and take everything from us and blah, blah, blah. At this point, I don't even have the energy to be anxious anymore. He’s gone to the well too many times. It’s no longer scary. It’s just boring now. It’s like we’re forced to watch the same episode of The Apprentice over and over and over again, and we didn’t like it the first time we saw it.“Is this Hell?”“No, it’s the United States of America.”When I was young, I remember being afraid of the dark. I remember looking over and always seeing what I thought was a man standing in the shadows of my closet. It would startle me. It would make me afraid. I would lay there not being able to sleep or rest. I was anxious. But there's only so long that a person can be afraid of a threat that never comes. I remember one day, I just said to myself, “If something comes out of that closet and kills me, then all my problems will be over. I'll be dead and gone. I won't have to worry about it anymore. So let him come.”The moment I thought that, the weight was lifted. From that moment on, I was able to sleep without fear.“Okay tough guy. Let’s do it. I’m tired of your threats.”That’s where we’re at today as a society. We have this buffoon who has not one achievement to his name. He has managed to steal an office of power. He’s spent a lifetime slithering out of accountability for all his crimes. I think he denied a more qualified and capable woman her rightful victory in 2024.He denied the American people the leader our children deserve. We’re enduring this now because for some reason, the moderates in our government have failed for the last decade to recognize that the right has become radicalized. The right doesn’t have a legitimate position. All they do is bully and try to hurt us, and yet the establishment continues to treat them as if they are a legitimate political movement. They are not. The sooner we recognize that this is an ideology that is willing to lie, cheat, steal, and kill to get the things that it wants and to avoid accountability, the sooner we'll start making progress towards a society of prosperity and decency. We need to become a nation that elevates accountability, that looks forward to providing our children with a future they can be excited about and one that provides us with a legacy that will make us proud.Instead, today, I feel ashamed. For the time being, we’re stuck with this ridiculous floundering bully that wastes all of his energy rattling his saber at us. He desperately wants us to cower when we’re confronted with his fragile, pathetic, complete lack of masculinity. We’re supposed to be terrified of his incompetent nature. His threats are supposed to keep us “in line.”But it’s becoming obvious that all he can ever do is threaten, and bully, and make vague promises about all the pain he’s going to inflict on us. He has never once offered us anything other than misery. He only speaks to demand compliance. The longer we have to put up with that, the less power it actually has. So, until the day comes when he actually fulfills his threats and comes knocking at our door, we shouldn't be afraid of him. The worst part is, that he knows and we know and everybody knows that if he follows through on his vague threats it will all be over in one way or another. The illusion of power is all he has. He's been depriving immigrants of their human rights. To the everlasting shame of the people of The United States Of America, that has not provoked enough outrage. It has provoked some outrage. Some people have been furious for ten years, but it is frankly a humiliation and an embarrassment that not 100% of Americans are willing to stand up and denounce the idea of treating anybody with such blatant disregard and disrespect as this president has shown. But little by little, I think the people are becoming aware. We saw that with the protests that reached what has been considered to be the theoretical, benchmark of 3.5% of the total population. Unlike for his limp parade, the people came out and displayed their anger because nobody is afraid. We aren't afraid anymore. We're too tired now to be afraid. We're too irritated. We've dug in.The man is pure sphincter mouth. He’s all talk and bile. He can’t do anything. The time of being afraid has passed. That was early on when the anxiety hit, when the inept reality of his reign had not yet become apparent, and we only had the threat and the fear of it. His legacy is on display. He can’t hide from it. He’s incompetent. He’s a fraud. He’s a liar. He’s a thief. He’s a common criminal. Most important of all, he’s nothing to be afraid of.Yes, in his last flailing acts of desperation, he may yet send the army to your door. But at this point I don’t have the energy left over to worry.Blah, blah, blah.Frankly, I don't think he's going to do anything because he's too pathetic. He's not somebody to be revered. He's not somebody to be feared. He's a joke. He always has been. He always will be. He’ll go down in history that way.Pathetic, impotent, weakling, as are all those that support and enable him.Thank you for listening! This publication is reader sponsored.
