Mark talks about his his early coaching qualification days at TyneMet college which was to lead to an exciting opportunity in upper state New York, primarily as a football coach and the chance to mix with coaches from all over the world at kid's camp, learning various disciplines of sports as well as U.S. and world culture. Leading to Mark to come back to the UK shores as a top personal trainer This was all to stand him in great stead for when the gravitational lure and intrigue of Crossfit come calling, Mark first signed up to be a member before going on to become an exceptional Crossfit coach in his own right . All sorts of training we cover on the podcast, advice on beards, advice to young coaches getting started in the PT game, dislike of spiders to the immense value Mark feels when we hit our PB's.
