Jack started his passion for sports competing for Great Britain in water disciplines , leading to playing a high standard of rugby, and through recovering from a rugby injury found a purpose for power lifting leading to becoming a coach. His passion for competition meant he stayed with the fitness game enabling the foresight to the creation of his gym, Fitness Worx into a full fledgling franchise. Jack, as of this year has progressed to the opening of his own P.T. academy where students can graduate to full level 3 P.T. qualifications.
