Their stories are both inspirational and motivational and prove a massive hit at business wellness events and workshops. In the episode they talk about their own journey, through the battles and tough times whilst having so much stigma still attached around mental illness and really how the chance of the two coming together via means of entrepreneurship, they formed the beginnings of a mighty port of call to help others with mental illness and mental health awareness.
