去年由安可雜誌舉辦的「高齡友善住宅高峰論壇」，邀請了衛福部、內政部、金管會三個中央級的單位，以及13個縣市政府代表，超過500位建築、醫療、長照、金融的業者與會。面對全球高齡化趨勢，對老人而言能夠在地安身立命最重要的議題，不外乎合適且負擔得起的住宅，以及熟悉友善社區環境。會中，衛福部次長薛瑞元提出興建適合租賃制的高齡者住宅，鼓勵不動產業者改變「賣房」的習慣，由金管會協助改變不動產融資模式，將不動產證券化；內政部次長花敬群則主張，提升弱勢高齡友善社宅供給量，並制定法源與獎勵機制，鼓勵高齡者出租住宅產業。推動銀髮住宅，究竟市政府要刺激產業發展呢？還是想推動社區高齡友善呢？ B&B Radio幫幫廣播網李希昌主持《有我照你》 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
