from Yoga with Melissa

Yin Yoga for Liver & Gallbladder Meridian | YWM 723 🌿Membership ➡️ https://www.melissawest.com/membership Spring is the season of the Wood Element, when the Liver & Gallbladder meridians guide the smooth flow of Qi (energy). When these meridians are in balance, we feel ease, clarity, and emotional flexibility. However, when Qi stagnates, anger, frustration, and irritation can build up. This Yin Yoga practice supports emotional detox for spring, helping you release stuck emotions, restore flow, and soothe irritation. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) inquiry, we will explore anger and frustration, allowing them to be seen and gently transformed. This class includes a reading of “I Remember You” by Dave Ursillo and uses blocks and a blanket for support. Let go of tension, clear stagnant Qi, and connect with the free flow of energy within. ✨ 📖 Want to go deeper? The green section of my book, Five Element Yin Yoga, explores the Wood Element in full depth. ➡️ Get the book: https://melissawest.com/book/ 🔆 Join us LIVE this Sunday for a Spring Equinox workshop-style class inside our membership! 🌿 Membership ➡️ https://www.melissawest.com/membership
