This is a brief introduction to introduce my podcast, "You Ain't Crazy." This podcast will bring awareness to narcissistic abuse and talk about the personality trait. I am hopeful that most people will do better once they know better! Not all, but we must start somewhere! Disclaimer, I am not a therapist or counselor. I am a certified life Coach, survivor of a 5 year narcissistic/alcoholic abusive situationship/marriage. I've done my work and now I am here to help you do yours.
