Back in 2010, she missed her window of opportunity to take care of herself at work, putting tasks and productivity before her health. This oversight resulted in her fingers being pinned between two 30+lb panes of glass next to her desk - she was trapped and alone in her office. This was the moment she realized that something's got to give - if you don't take care of yourself, that window of opportunity may come back to bite you. Since then, Victoria has gone on to become the world's first Business Reiki Master, teaching holistic stress management and self care to professionals.
