Today, I talk about all the reasons why putting yourself first, taking care of yourself, pampering yourself is actually for the GREATEST GOOD for ALL. When you can show up as your BEST SELF, you show up bigger and brighter. You can care for others and give to others MORE and MORE if you are feeling 110%.
