Send us a topic suggestionIt is okay to love yourself as much as you love others. Self-love is essential to your mental health.  The self-love affirmation for today is I AM STRONGER THAN I THINK BECAUSE OF HE THAT IS WITHIN ME. The definition of strong is "able to withstand great force or pressure." God is your strong tower you can lean on and depend on during those trying and hard times. You will make it. You are strong enough to get through it. Things will get better. Remember the former things God brought you out of and believe He will get you through it again. Ephesians 6:10 states, "Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power."
