It should be in the top 3, no matter what. Because anybody else you have to take care of or be around, is going to benefit from you being engaged in that activity. Because you deserve it. Because you love it. That's it. That's all that's the only reason. That reason is ENOUGH. And even so there are other reasons. Closed Minded vs Open Minded. Closed minded is fixed mindset, unwilling to change. Remember when everyone believed the earth was flat? Well it's not. So if you treat this belief of "I don't have time or my hobbies aren't worth it" as the earth is flat, maybe just maybe the quality of your life will improve. "Don't ask what the world needs.
