You Decide Your Own Limits

from Every Breath Podcast Hosted by Trin Potratz

I was inspired by the story of Nelson Rego, a blind man who plays goalie in a recreational hockey league, and it made me realize that the only person who can put limits on us is ourselves. In this episode I took about how we have it in us to live limitless lives. We just have to believe that we can do it. Like Henry Ford once said, if you believe you can do it, you're right, and if you believe you can't do it, you're right.
