You don't have to do any of it

Send us Fan MailWe so often tell ourselves a lie that "we HAVE to do" something.  I often remind my clients that we don't have to take care of our kids, go to our jobs or be responsible. It's simply NOT true that we HAVE to do all those things. We CHOOSE to do them because we don't like the alternative. WE simply forget that we chose to do them. That's it. So when you catch yourself telling yourself that you HAVE to do it, remind yourself that you actually don't HAVE to do anything. Then ask yourself 'what do i want to do?'?Support the show
