ABOUT: Jamie has served as a member of executive leadership teams, senior management teams, and in advisory roles in a variety of industries and settings. He has a passion for partnering with leaders at all levels, influencing decisions that drive positive change, and adding value through aligning HR activities with organizational goals and objectives. As a Marine Corps Officer with a military career spanning 15 years, Jamie’s efforts focused in the areas of leadership, HR, and training & development. Throughout his military career, he excelled as a Military Training Instructor, HR Officer, and Training Officer. After transitioning off of active duty, Jamie consulted with a handful of Companies in San Diego before accepting a position as the Director of Talent & Team Development for AlliedPRA. In this role, Jamie headed the strategic and tactical efforts in the areas of HR leadership, employee relations, full lifecycle recruitment, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Jamie played a substantial role in the rapid growth of AlliedPRA, planning and executing an aggressive M&A strategy that expanded the Company from six to twenty-six office locations across the U.S over the span of 24 months. In addition, Jamie’s contributions were pivotal in the sale and transfer of AlliedPRA to new private equity investors. Through his work in building out a robust HR function and his crucial involvement in M&A activities, Jamie provided a value-add to the Company, ensuring the achievement of targeted financial objectives and OD milestones. After completing his work with AlliedPRA, Jamie accepted a role as Sr. HR Business Partner with Stewart Title, acting as an internal consultant to senior and executive leaders, advising on people strategy, HR activities, and best practices. Jamie presently acts as a senior HR advisor and consultant for a number of companies and organizations throughout the Southern California area. Having earned an M.B.A. as well as a graduate legal studies degree, Jamie has a record of success in building and expanding HR functions, leadership coaching and training, and aligning HR efforts with organizational values and goals.
