You get to choose who you become [DEEP DIVE]

2019 has arrived, and with it, another opportunity to enjoy life, grow, and focus on the future. One of my anchoring quotes for this year comes from Carl Jung: "I am not what happened to me, I get to choose who I become." That might be hard to believe for those of us who constantly focus on the past, but it's true: Your past doesn't have to define your future.
