The New Year has begun, so many feelings come up with this! Success, joy, excitement and on the other side… fear, dread and frustration. Today we dive into the reality that a New Year has a powerful amount of energy packed into it, however it IS NOT the only time we can push forward and make change. I’m excited to share with you some of my goals in 2024 and how I’m reacting to my inability to start planning for them yet even on the 4th day of 2024!
