YOU HAVEN'T BEEN SHORTED | Mindset Mastery w/ AZ Araujo   As we step into 2024, you find yourself at the forefront of managing your business, aligning every effort with your goals and aspirations. The anticipation surrounding the new year often brings expectations of a significant shift. However, the reality is that mere changes in the calendar don't alter our lives. Our experiences are shaped by the decisions or indecisions we've made. Confronting this truth, many tend to revert to old patterns, responding to hardships with familiar responses. The year-long anticipation of upcoming change has met the harsh reality of persistence.   Many of you have clients that have been waiting throughout all of last year, hesitating to pull the trigger on buying or selling a property, but they may have just lacked the guidance & assurance to encourage them that it was the right time to do so. The challenge arises when attachment to indecisive individuals creates uncertainty in your own decisions. Their doubt becomes yours, and their questioning instills self-doubt. It's crucial to draw a line, recognizing that their indecision and lack of confidence shouldn't dictate yours. Your role is to identify those ready to align with your goals and make decisive choices.   Your responsibility lies in maintaining alignment with what you desire. Despite the real possibility of things going awry, your focus must be on what you want, not on potential setbacks. Yes, challenges exist, but dwelling on them increases their likelihood. In this early stage of the year, thoughts of giving up or questioning your abilities must be dismissed. Stay aligned with your goals. As you contemplate changes, expansions, and growth for your endeavors in 2024, the fundamental game plan remains the same: Show up consistently, approach marketing with the right attitude, and infuse every effort with intention. Be prepared to do what it takes to achieve the desired results.   QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER: Are you attached to clients who are not ready to make decisions, impacting your own decisiveness? What steps can you take to detach from others' doubts and uncertainties? How aligned are you with your goals amidst potential challenges? What specific actions will you take to show up, market effectively, and infuse intention into your real estate endeavors?   NOTABLE QUOTES: "Nothing really changes in a new year because our life is pretty much a culmination of the decisions or indecisions we decided to make." "You cannot question your skill set." "You have to show up. You have to market with the right attitude. And there must be intention."   Follow A.Z.
