One of the biggest killers of relationships and people is stress, and money problems are often the catalyst. From a very young age, we’re taught to consume; to aspire for more, to out-do the Joneses. We’re pummelled with marketing messages every day that tell us we’re not good enough, happy enough, fancy enough or cool enough. And we’re told the only way to fix it is to spend our way there.
