Dance now holds an important place of consideration through research studies in disciplines, such as Neuroscience, Kinesiology, Dance for Parkinsons, to name a few. Dance, music and the art are now recognized as an important health benefit for the aging. Through my show, I promote public awareness of the stigma attached to aging, the potential dance, music and the arts have in preventing premature aging while helping improve brain health long-term as we age.
