I was wrong about the ego. I have been repeating teachings about the ego for years which to be honest I had some doubts about but I assumed the masters that taught this stuff new more than me.  That was until I had a deep realisation in meditation which shined a light on my beliefs and showed me another perspective which blew my mind.  This new knowledge has changed the way I see and experience the ego forever.
