Join Janice for YOUR JOINTS.  Episode Two of Season Two of Ride With Janice.  In this episode or pod-class, you'll explore all your joints while on horseback.  Let Janice take you through each part of your body and how best to limber up and be aware of all the different places we bend!  Find out about your skeleton and feel more at ease on your horse.  Use this as a perfect warm-up before your serious training session! We suggest having your horse warmed up and saddled as you hit play.  Many people enjoy using wireless headphones, but be sure to still have awareness of your surroundings.  Noise Cancelling mode isn't ideal.  You may also simply like to have your phone in SPEAKER mode as you ride and have your phone secured in a carrier or zip pocket.
