Your Process is the Problem

We’re pretty sure we’re going to get some pushback on this week’s podcast episode.  Why?  Because we’re calling us all out on our BS around our podcasting processes.  The truth is, so, so, so often clients come to us TIRED of making their podcast. And almost always, the issue is the process of how they are making it.  And let us just say this right now - not having a process IS A PROCESS.  And no, having a process won’t mess up your creativity or box you in, trust us on this one, we have the privilege of working with some amazingly creative people and tightening up their process has actually INCREASED their creativity (seriously, this is their words, not ours).  The reality is, our processes are what affect our feelings towards what we are working on.  And often there are just 3 key areas or changes we need to make to really make our process feel good.  We’re telling you these 3 areas (along with some other bonuses) in this week’s show.
