Yves Vacheresse is a French-trained Chef and Wellbeing Coach originally from Lyon in France and currently living in California. He worked at various luxury hotels in Paris and the French Riviera before emigrating to the United States.  He became the jet-setting chef aboard Faberge’s corporate plane. Yves tells the story of entertaining Cary Grant, Gregory Peck and Frank Sinatra as they flew to Princess Caroline’s wedding in Monaco.  Yves has worked in top kitchens including but not exclusively, New York’s Museum of Modern Art, Metropolitan Museum of Art and the historic Algonquin Hotel. He became the personal chef to the actor Jim Carey and Yves tells a part of this story in the podcast. Yves is currently free-lancing as a private chef and a wellness coach. Yves is a strong believer in the importance of the gut microbiome on our personal health. He coaches the importance of food to truly nourish our body.  He has developed some simple practices designed to support micro-biome health and improve the health of his clients.
