Your words create your reality

Our words have the power to create and enforce how we see the world and the energy others feel around us. I needed a dose of my own medicine this week as I re-read Don Miguel Ruiz's book The Four Agreements and contemplated his first agreement: be impeccable with your word. It came at a time when I was getting a little 'lazy' with how I was speaking about things and let me tell you, it was a wake up call to be intentional with each word that leaves my lips! In this episode, I reflect on why our words are so powerful and give us all some tips and tricks to clean up how we speak about ourselves and others to empower that next version of who we are ready to be!
