Youth Climate Animal Rights Activist Changes the World!

How does the youngest ever TEDx speaker keep up with the demands of changing the world? When Genesis recently met one of her all-time favorite animal ally, earth defender and musician who has stayed true to herself throughout all these years global pop star Billie Eilish, she expressed how Billie has shown her the importance of continuing to speak up for animals and the planet even if it seems people don't care, because eventually, they start to listen! Genesis has spoken in front of thousands around the globe, campaigned with groups worldwide, and has worked with dozens of nonprofits to promote a plant based diet, including Farm Sanctuary, Humane Society of the United States, and Mercy for Animals. She was the face of the 2019 Million Dollar Vegan campaign, where she met with an international coalition of scientists, environmental activists, and politicians to discuss the role diet change can play in fighting global warming. Recently, she partnered with Pollution Studios to create a series Genesis Butler Takes Action whereby she interviews thought-leaders and celebrities, such as actresses Daniella Monet, Mena Suvari and Harley Quinn Smith, about their vegan journey.
