פרק מיוחד לרגל שנה לשבעה באוקטובר. איתמר בן חמו הוא יזם סדרתי, הוא מנכ״ל כבר שתי חברות ואפילו מכר אחת מהן בעשרות מיליוני דולרים. את ריברי הוא הקים עם שני שותפים ב-2019 כשהחזון היה לאפשר לארגונים לקחת מידע ממערכות לגאסי או ממערכות מודרניות, לייצא אותו, לסדר אותו ולטעון אותו לכלי אנליטיקה. הם גייסו 48 מיליון דולר, עבדו כבר עם לקוחות כמו לגו או יוניברסל ואז הגיעה השבת השחורה. איתמר שהיה בכלל בחופשת מולדת שמע את החדשות הקשות ובלי להסס עלה על מדים וחבר ליחידה שלו במילואים. במשך חודשים הוא היה נכנס ויוצא מעזה ובין לבין כשהוא היה יוצא, הוא הפעיל את המחשב וחזר לעבוד. ואז הגיע הרגע ששינה את חייו, במהלך אחת הפעילויות המבצעיות, הכוח עליו הוא פיקד נקלע למארב וכדור מקלצ׳ניקוב פילח את בית החזה שלו מילימטרים בודדים מהלב. סיפור חילוץ והישרדות מטורף, עם המון נחישות שהוביל את איתמר לחזור ולנהל את החברה מהמיטה בבית החולים כבר שבועיים אחרי הפציעה הקשה. שיחה מעוררת השראה על יזם שהבטיח לעצמו שהפציעה הזו והחזרה שלו לחיים רק תגרום לחברה שהוא הקים להיות הרבה יותר טובה.
