💬请问尊者，与家人的关系并不好，但又不得朝暮共处，如何能不取名相地相处？在家里时常无缘无故被责骂，很难对家人有善心，反而对外人更容易有慈心，该怎么改善？我觉得对家人比较难生起善心是因为他们喜欢以自己非法的观念强套在我身上，而且有时还会限制我的自由，比如不允许我去参加禅修营，对他们的不讲道理很烦恼。欢迎恭听吉祥尊者的建议。☸️
