我們必須遵守神的律法才能與祂和好 We must obey God’s law to be right with Him.我們不能遵守神的律法 We can’t obey God’s law.我們必須透過中保才能遵守上帝的律法 We must obey God’s law in the person of a mediator.我們透過信心與中保合而為一 We become one with the mediator through faith.上帝接受中保的死亡，就好像祂為我們而死。God accepts the mediator’s death as if it were ours.神接受中保的服從，就像接受我們的服從一樣。 God accepts the mediator’s obedience as if it were ours.神稱我們為義。God justifies us.
