前回に引き続き、芳賀繁先生著の「失敗ゼロからの脱却 レジリエンスエンジニアリングのすすめ」という本を基に、在宅医療業における安全対策を考えたいと思います。ルーズな結合とタイトな結合のそれぞれのメリット・デメリットを考える。この２つをハイブリッドのように組み合わせていく。シチュエーションによってルーズな結合とタイトな結合を分けてやる、あるいは両方を組み合わせることが重要ということでしょうか。私は、在宅医療現場では特にそういう視点が必要ではないかと考えています。
