Oekraïne heeft te weinig munitie om Russische ballistische raketten te stoppen, schreef de Oekraïense president Volodymyr Zelensky vanmorgen op X na een dodelijke aanval op Kyiv. De NAVO-top in Ankara moet deze week stappen zetten om zijn luchtverdediging te versterken, vindt hij. Maar Oekraïne is bij de NAVO niet alleen maar de vragende partij. Het land heeft voor het bondgenootschap strategische technologie en ervaring in de aanbieding. We bespreken dat met correspondent Michiel Driebergen.
