He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” As this new day begins, you may be carrying more than anyone else can see. There may be concerns sitting quietly in your heart. There may be questions you have not found answers to yet. There may even be moments when you wonder if God sees what you are facing or understands the weight you are carrying. Yet before this day gathers pace, before the demands arrive, and before the noise of life begins to compete for your attention, God offers a simple reminder. He is near. Closer than your fears. Closer than your worries. Closer than the thoughts that try to convince you that you are facing life alone. Father, thank You that Your presence is not distant. Thank You that I do not need to search for You in faraway places because You are already here. Thank You that You see every concern, every burden, and every hope that I carry into this day. Jesus, help me begin this morning with confidence in Your love. Where loneliness tries to settle, remind me that You are near. Where uncertainty tries to grow, remind me that You are faithful. Where fear tries to speak loudly, help me hear Your voice above every other voice. Lord, help me walk through this day knowing that I am seen, known, and loved by You. Across the world, from Dallas to Auckland, from Lagos to Singapore and Santiago, may hearts discover the comfort of God’s presence and the peace that comes from knowing He walks beside us.
