Come in for five minutes, let’s open God’s Word together, and let’s pray. As this day gently comes to an end, perhaps you are carrying quiet disappointments, unanswered prayers or the tiredness that follows a demanding day. Before you close your eyes tonight, hear this beautiful promise from God’s Word: you are not forgotten, you are not abandoned and you are deeply loved by the Lord who remains close to you. His love is not measured by the success of your day but by His unchanging character and faithful heart.  Zephaniah 3:17 (NIV) “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you… in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” What a remarkable way to finish the day. The God who created heaven and earth not only watches over His people, He delights in them. His love quiets anxious hearts, His presence brings lasting peace and His joy reaches into the places where fear once lived. So tonight, let’s gently remind ourselves that fear will not win, because Jesus Christ holds us securely in His love, surrounds us with His peace and remains with us through every hour of the night. Father, thank You for Your unfailing love and Your faithful care. Thank You that even when we feel weary, You continue to draw near with compassion, grace and mercy. Lord Jesus, watch over every listener tonight. Bring healing to those who are unwell, comfort to those who feel alone, peace to anxious minds and deep, refreshing rest to every weary heart. Help us release every burden into Your loving hands and sleep with confidence in Your everlasting care. Holy Spirit, quiet our thoughts, surround every home with Your peace and gently remind us that we are deeply loved by God. Across the world, from Hobart to Hamilton, from Singapore to Birmingham and Buenos Aires, may every listener rest tonight in the assurance that the Lord delights in them and faithfully watches over them.
