近日，来自美国西北大学范伯格医学院的研究团队，在著名期刊JAMA Cardiology上发表一篇重要研究论文。他们在分析近5000人长达14.2年的随访数据首次发现，18-45岁之间的“生命8要素”（LE8）累积积分越高，45岁之后患心血管疾病和死亡的风险越低。这也再次提示大家，健康并不是短跑冲刺，而是一场终身的马拉松。
