『喜んでいる心は健康を良くし、 打ちひしがれた霊は骨を枯らす。』 笑いは心の良薬とも言われます。聖書の中でも、そんなみ言葉をよく見かけます。「箴15:13 喜んでいる心は、顔色を良くする。・・・心に楽しみのある人には毎日が祝宴。」でも、なかなか心の中が喜びで満たされていないと、笑いは出てこないものです。罪赦され、神と和らいでいると心の中が喜びで満たされるのです。 今日も、喜びで満たされますように・・・。
