温州的灾患，听了以后心中实在悲痛。天灾人祸，没有终极，这实在足以作为“三界无安，犹如火宅“的证明。也实在足以作为信愿念佛，往生西方，最切要的警策啊！念佛时心不能归一，是由于（出离）生死的心不急切。如果将自己想作被大水冲走，被烈火焚烧而没有人来救援；以及（想作）快死了、将要堕入地狱。那么心自然会归一，不需要另求其他妙法了。
