为进一步规范广东各级各类校园商超经营管理和服务行为，12月19日，广东省教育厅发布了《关于校园商超规范管理的指导意见（征求意见稿）》，其中明确，要严控校园商超的设置范围。非寄宿制中小学、幼儿园不得在校内设置校园商超，已经设置的，要逐步退出。校园商超实施售卖商品清单管理，不得超许可范围加工烤肠、冷饮、奶茶、豆浆等食品。你觉得中小学校园有必要设置商超小卖部吗？
