每隔一段時間就會聽到有人說,是不是又改了演算法了?我的貼文 、我的影片的流量,突然間少了很多,有沒有人知道改了什麼。有接觸過社交平臺的朋友都應該會知道,演算法就是流量的分配機制,它決定了你的帖文,或者你的影片可以給多少人看到。如果你是透過社交平臺推廣生意,這個甚至乎是決定你有多少生意的主要因素。有人甚至乎打過一個比喻,就是說如果你玩社交平臺而不認識演算法,就好像你駕車但不認識交通規則一樣。你不單止去不到終點,還會因為觸犯交通規則而被罰很多錢。所以每一個打算在社交平臺上推廣生意的人,都必須要認識演算法。這集節目就和大家探討一下,社交平臺演算法背後的機制和原理,想知道的就要完整觀看本期節目。首先我們要跳出用戶的身份,從社交平臺的角度去理解演算法。也只有這樣,你才可以真正明白什麼是演算法。無論任何社交平臺本質上它都是一個平臺,它沒有生產任何內容,它只是提供一個內容發佈平臺,去連接不同的用戶。而社交平臺是很希望透過不同的手法,去增加用戶的數量以及用戶使用的時間,從而達至最終的商業目的。而如何令到更多用戶使用,和使用更長的時間。方法就是要令到用戶,可以接觸到自己感興趣的内容。你可以想像到,如果你每次上去社交平臺所看到的内容,都是你沒有興趣的內容。你在這個平臺上面所花的時間就會減少,甚至乎最後放棄這個平臺。因此平臺需要一個機制,去判斷用戶對什麼內容有興趣,從而推送相關的內容,而這個機制就是演算法。例如IG它會根據你的互動歷史去推送内容,例如你comment like share過,一些日本的帖文,它就會推送更加多相關的內容給你。IG也會偏向推送原創內容,如果大家都不創作新內容的話,大家在IG上面看到的東西就會千篇一律,用戶也會很快厭倦而離開。同時IG也會對一些畫面質素比較好的、圖片或者影片派送更加多流量,這個相信很容易理解。如果你在IG看到的都是一些很爛的圖、很低清的影片,相信都會影響你玩IG的意欲。相信大家對以上這些演算法的偏好,都不會覺得很難理解很陌生。事實上當我們嘗試理解演算法的時候,我們可以想得很複雜,但也可以想得很簡單。複雜在於演算法是社交平臺的最高機密,如果大家都知道演算法的完整機制,就會嘗試去找這個機制的漏洞;而如果一旦出現漏洞,整個機制就會崩潰。所以上網問人知不知道演算法改了什麼,這類問題是不會有人給你答案的。但另一方面演算法也很簡單,它是一個內容推送機制,目的是留住用户。無論演算法怎樣改,最終都是為了達成這個目的。演算法是為了推送優質內容而存在,所以你應該研究的不是演算法,而是怎樣才是優質的內容。與其你去研究應該用什麼hashtag,應該早一個小時還是遲一個小時發片,不如花時間研究一下對於你的受眾來說,什麼內容對他來說是有價值 、有興趣、又或者研究一下,怎樣提升你在内容上的表達能力。謹記演算法是為內容服務的,做好内容,演算法就會成為你的朋友。如果你認為本期節目對你有幫助的話,歡迎你留言、 讚好、 分享。如果你想深入學習銷售技巧,也可以點擊影片資訊欄中的連結,我有些課程給大家參加。我們下次再見!
